Purpose of the Role

This role will lead and manage the company’s e-commerce presence to drive traffic, sales, and brand visibility. You'll be responsible for optimising all digital touchpoints and improving the customer journey across online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy

• Manage and optimise Shopify and Amazon Seller platforms

• Oversee digital marketing including SEO, PPC, and email campaigns

• Maintain accurate product listings and website performance

• Analyse online sales data and adjust tactics to improve conversion

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure stock, fulfilment, and customer satisfaction

Attributes:

· Experience in managing Shopify and amazon stores

· Strong understanding of SEO and PPC

· Strong data analysis and data reporting

· Exceptional commercial understanding and attention to details

· Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload

Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm | Friday 8am-4pm
