Axon Moore is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing consumer brand based in Preston in the search for an ambitious and commercially savvy E-Commerce Manager.
This is a newly created role offering full ownership of the company’s digital channels, ideal for someone ready to step into a broad, autonomous position with real strategic influence.
?? Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimise the company’s e-commerce platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
Develop and implement strategies to grow online revenue across D2C and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.)
Analyse site performance, user behaviour, and conversion funnels to identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, operations, and finance
Take charge of merchandising, SEO, CRO, and onsite promotional activity
Work with agencies or freelancers on PPC, SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs
Produce regular performance reports and present insights to leadership

?? What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role
A data-driven mindset with an understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.)
Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar CMS
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, growing environment
Passion for delivering an excellent online customer experience
Strong communication and project management skills

? Desirable Experience

Familiarity with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
Experience running or managing paid digital campaigns (PPC, Meta Ads, etc.)
Knowledge of email automation platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
