eCommerce Manager

This role sits within a highly collaborative European marketing team, driving customer engagement and revenue growth across international markets.

You'll lead initiatives across ecommerce platforms (Magento or Shopify), manage SEO strategy, optimise website CX, and create best-in-class email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We’re looking for someone with the perfect blend of technical know-how and strategic thinking. You should have:

• 3-5 years’ experience in eCommerce marketing, with a relevant degree or qualification
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in ecommerce strategy and platform management (Magento preferred; Shopify also considered)
• Strong grasp of web analytics and digital performance tools
• Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to take the lead on global projects
• A passion for creating seamless online experiences and delivering measurable results
