Our client is a rapidly growing retail brand with big ambitions and bold expansion plans across the UK and US. They’re scaling fast and looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their digital channels and play a key role in driving growth. This role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid opportunities.

The Role:

Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify and Amazon stores, ensuring smooth performance and a best-in-class customer experience.
Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximise visibility and sales.
Drive organic reach through SEO best practices and continuous site improvements.
Use data to optimise conversion rates, basket sizes, and customer lifetime value.
Create upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies that boost revenue.
Run A/B tests to improve performance and UX.
Troubleshoot technical issues across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
Manage outsourced peer-to-peer (P2P) programs to ensure alignment and strong results.

What You’ll Bring:

Hands-on experience managing Shopify and Amazon stores.
Data-driven mindset with proven CRO and UX optimisation skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
A proactive, commercial approach with a track record of growing online sales.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + excellent benefits
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5pm with flexible core hours (10am–2pm)
Hybrid working: Office in Milton Keynes on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday; work from home Tuesday & Friday
Holidays: 25 days + 8 bank holidays, plus 2-week paid Christmas shutdown
