Ecommerce Manager – Warwickshire – £36,000–£40,000 + Performance Bonus

Our client is an award-winning, design-led lifestyle products brand based in Warwickshire, selling direct-to-consumer online and wholesale to leading retailers and concept stores across the UK and internationally.

They're looking for a commercially-minded Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of their B2C online performance and drive the next phase of digital growth.

Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager:

Owning ecommerce revenue growth, conversion rate optimisation and average order value across the company website 
Planning and running performance marketing across Google Ads, paid social, SEO and email
Managing and optimising listings across Amazon and other marketplaces
Turning data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Supporting the wholesale team with digital initiatives and consistent brand presentation
What we're looking for:

Proven ecommerce or digital marketing experience in a commercial role
Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels
Confidence with ecommerce platforms (Shopify experience a bonus)
A proactive, data-driven, hands-on approach
