Customer Experience Manager – Indirect E-commerce

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences across digital commerce channels? We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Manager to drive growth, optimisation and customer engagement across indirect e-commerce platforms, including marketplaces, e-retailers and

q-commerce channels.

The Opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing customer journeys across third-party platforms, developing channel strategies, and driving commercial performance through data-led decision making. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you will ensure best-in-class customer experiences that support business growth and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies across marketplaces, e-retailers and q-commerce platforms to drive growth and performance.
Monitor KPIs and use analytics to identify opportunities for channel optimisation and customer Experience improvements.
Optimise digital content, customer touchpoints and conversion journeys across third-party platforms.
Collaborate with Commercial, Digital, UX, IT and external agency partners to deliver impactful initiatives.
Drive innovation and adapt strategies to evolving e-commerce trends and consumer behaviours.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace and retail partners.

About You

Proven Experience managing indirect e-commerce channels within the FMCG, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverage, Personal Care, Household Products, Tobacco, Health & Wellness, Beauty, Retail or E-commerce sectors.
Strong understanding of marketplaces, e-retailers and q-commerce ecosystems.
Commercially minded with the ability to link customer Experience initiatives to business performance.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, digital shelf optimisation and customer journey management.
Experience working within complex, matrixed organisations and managing external partners. Why Apply?
