Job Description - Ecommerce manager

E-Commerce Manager Permanent London £40,000-£50,000 + Bonus + Hybrid + Great benefits A superb opportunity to help grow the Online Store for an innovative lifestyle and design-led product brand.

This opportunity would suit an E-Commerce specialist who has worked in start-up or scale up brand with a proven track record of E-Commerce growth for retail brands.

In this exciting position as E-Commerce Manager, you will manage the brand’s new Magento UK website which has recently launched and drive online sales and consistent messaging across their stores and digital touch points Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize product listings across all online marketplaces and e-commerce platform.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement SEO strategies, PPC campaigns, and other digital marketing activities to drive traffic and conversion rates.

Work closely with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure timely updates and accuracy of inventory across all online channels.

Analyse performance metrics and use insights to propose and implement strategies for growth and improvement.

Coordinate with the website development team to ensure a user-friendly shopping experience, including site navigation, content creation, checkout process, and post-purchase communication.

Manage Digital Agency for Technical and UX / UI developments Manage one direct report and in time build a high performing dynamic in house E-Commerce team What are we looking for? We are seeking a diligent, results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online sales and presence across UK website and marketplaces such as Amazon and e-Bay.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and creative skills, enabling them to spearhead their online marketing efforts, manage product listings, and analyse performance data to drive sales and improve customer engagement.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a multichannel retail environment.

Proficient with Magento e-commerce platform and marketplace selling (e.g., Amazon, e Bay, Etsy).

Proven track record of e-commerce growth and ability to scale up E-Commerce operations Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing).

Analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
