eCommerce Manager
Dudley (1 day in the office)
£45,000

One of Europe's biggest manufacturers is looking for an experienced Technical eCommerce Manager to join their team in Dudley. In this newly created role, you will be responsible for the group wide implementation and support of a centralised eCommerce system.

About the role:

Be the main point of contact for technical support on issues.
Provide support with the onboarding process of new countries.
Support local teams in their implementation of B2B eCommerce.
Liaise between local teams and developers utilising JIRA ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of bugs (developers are mix of internal and freelancers)
Work closely with UX designers to develop designs based on requirements.
Create specifications for developers based on functional requirements.

About you:

Experience in eCommerce implementations e.g. Magento, BigCommerce or similar either B2B or B2C.
Strong understanding of business processes and backend.
Understanding of system implementations.
Excellent English spelling and grammar.
Able to write technical specifications.
Capable of managing your own time, meet deadlines and work within a team.
