Ecommerce Manager - Fashion

Focused on trading & marketing, this is the perfect role for an enthused, commercially-focused Ecommerce professional.

Personality and management style is really important for this role as it inherits a team of 5 from an employee who was in the business 10 years, you must be approachable, have great soft people skills and really passionate about managing and nurturing talent.

You must be analytical and happy and confident working with data on excel spreadsheets. Have experience from working in ecommerce as well as management experience is essential as there is a team of 5.

They work with external PPC agencies, have inhouse web project management ability, so whilst the team is very much delivering multi-channel digital campaigns across email, paid, seo, social etc this role is very much a holistic management role, a bit hands off the campaigns but involved where needed. You will be reviewing regular website data, spotting anomalies and tackling issues, and taking advantage of opportunities where necessary.

The role is hybrid based after your 3 months’ probation, with 50% of the time needed in the office, which due to its rural location would in most scenarios require you to drive.
