E- Commerce Manager-E-Commerce Fashion Retailer

Fella & Jones are partnered with this growing Fashion retailer in the search of an E commerce Manager to join their team at a pivotal time of exciting growth.
Reporting into company CEO, this couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the business
Responsibilities as E-commerce Manager you will be responsible for:

Manage the day-to-day requirements of the site including content, merchandising, image creation and copywriting
Develop and deliver ongoing website improvements with platform partner and creative agencies
Full control on all E-commerce related activities and teams including digital assistants, customer services, photography, warehouse and fulfilment
Set strategy and direct external agencies to manage PPC, SEO, Affiliate and Email marketing
Analyse Google Analytics to report on site performance, develop strategic online campaign plans and action
Manage ecommerce proposition – preferably Shopify plus experience or other out of box platform solution
Manage day to day of running of website through Shopify, utilising all Shopify tools and appropriate plug ins.
Responsible for upload of all product, photography, product descriptions
Liaison with product teams and marketing teams across go live dates
Responsible for organising and executing ecommerce shoots (under creative direction set by brand marketing)
Manage affiliate programme
Manage and develop ecommerce assistant
Responsible for broadcast of emails in line with segmentation strategy
Responsible for go live of home pages and updates
Key player in execution of trading strategy across digital marketing (working with agency), email, social etc Key team member working Buying and Merchandising, Marketing and Leadership team to ensure timely execution of website experience, development roadmap, customer communications and day to day activity as well as ensuring good housekeeping on Shopify and staying in line with platform capability
