Job Description

You’ll join the agency as a Manager, Retail Media working as part of the eCommerce team for one of our biggest FMCG clients for the top European markets and supporting the Head of eCommerce in strategic projects across the agency.
For our regional CPG client, you will use your ecommerce expertise to deliver media planning, support local eCommerce markets, follow best in class thinking and share learnings. You will work as part of a wider activation team to provide commerce support to ensure we are achieving integration. You will be joining a great team of very talented people who are in search for new ideas, delivering great work and aiming to have fun in the process.
You will be experienced in working with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, and comfortable managing workloads, deadlines and expectations.

KEY CLIENTS AND PROJECTS
This role is unique in that it forms part of a team who are responsible for devising the FMCG client’s European strategy but also supporting the local eCommerce teams responsible for strategic planning and buying. Integrating brand and eCommerce media is key for the client. This role requires someone who is passionate about commerce, can demonstrate an understanding of and point of view on key trends in the industry and has commerce practical knowledge.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will have proven experience either in planning and activating eCommerce media or part of the client services delivery eCommerce or working in an ecommerce role client side.
You require a good understanding of media agency business, either by working in or closely with an agency (preferable)
You will be very comfortable managing relationships with clients and colleagues
You will own areas of content on new business pitches and products and should expect to be asked to present your work.
You will build relationships with people from across the agency and learn from their experience, to unlock new opportunities to grow our agency commerce revenue
You need to be a proactive and curious learner; keen to develop and learn new skills independently and share and collaborate with a wider team.

SKILLS AND TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES
ecommerce experience, ideally across multiple markets
You will be the overseer of ensuring that strategic excellence and operational delivery are aligned and achieved across your client’s key markets
Manage relationships with platform owners such as Dunnhumby, Citrus Ads, Amazon etc. Knowledge of marketplaces and E-grocery is preferable.
Build relationships and be a key POC for the key regional clients.
You will understand your client's priorities and challenges and make sure that the work delivered by the team meets these objectives.
You will have day-to-day contact with our local teams and will be an ambassador for your team.
Confident in working to deadlines, managing expectations and facilitating ecommerce projects and make sure that everyone has everything they need to deliver their best work and on time
