Friday Full time, 36.5 hours (Monday to Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm)

CVM World has huge ambition for growth. We require an eCommerce Merchandiser to be an integral part of our Marketing team. Working in a friendly and supportive office environment, youll help us achieve our strategic goals for growth. Working across two of our websites and internal CRM, youll produce product listings to attract inquiries and to internally inform our sales team of the features and benefits of our range of vehicles.

As our eCommerce Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely writing, photography and publishing of products to get them online as soon as possible. While some new photography will be required, we have an extensive range of stock images that can be utilised.

Automotive experience would be beneficial, but thorough product knowledge will be given to help you be successful in your role.

Your Role:
Create new product listings, with the support of the team within 24Hrs of notification.
Work closely with buying, sales and marketing to discuss USPs and identify opportunities.
Make changes to improve the customer experience and increase conversion ratio
Manage product listings in line with company needs (Aged, Idle, Target)
Post Listings internally and on third party sites, (Quirky Campers, Ebay)

Experience:
Experience of using a website CMS or eCommerce platform (WooCommerce)
Understanding of HTML
Understanding of SEO
Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
