As the brand continues to grow and expand its digital presence, we're recruiting an Ecommerce Trading Assistant to join the team at head office.

This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in the digital trading of a leading menswear label within the wider brand portfolio, while also supporting the onboarding of exciting new names as part of the company's ambitious growth strategy. As Ecommerce Trading Assistant, you'll help drive online performance, shape the customer journey, and support the wider Ecommerce team in delivering commercial success.

Key Responsibilities as Ecommerce Trading Assistant:

• Support the Ecommerce Trading Manager in day-to-day website trading
• Manage product launches, ensuring content, imagery and categorisation are on-brand and on time
• Execute online promotions, assist with setup, testing and post-campaign analysis
• Work with merchandising to monitor stock levels, support product performance, and drive conversion
• Conduct regular quality control checks across the site to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction
• Produce weekly and monthly trade reports using tools such as Google Analytics
• Collaborate closely with marketing, customer service and merchandising teams to support cross-functional campaigns
• Maintain and update the trading calendar with all key dates, campaigns and launches
• Make recommendations to improve trading performance based on data insights and customer behaviour

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a commercial Ecommerce or digital retail environment
• A strong interest in data-led decision making, with good Excel and reporting skills
• Confidence using digital tools like Google Analytics and heatmapping platforms
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working to deadlines
• A proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• A clear interest in fashion, retail and digital customer experience
