eCommerce Trading Assistant
Sosandar is one of the fastest growing fashion brands in the UK right now, creating quality, trend-lead products for women. We are looking for an eCommerce Trading Assistant to join our growing E-com team. The role will mainly consist of a variety of administrative tasks following the product from design to site to sell through! Therefore we are looking for someone with a strong understanding of fashion, key trends and product merchandising.

What you'll be doing:

Product Set Up
Good understanding of current trends and product design
Work closely with the other members of the eCommerce team to enrich product data, including naming products, adding product style, colour etc to allow products to be sold to customers on the Sosandar website and app and through selling partners such as Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and Next.
Helping with image upload after monthly shoots and working with the Buying team to make sure products look as designed when shot and are uploaded to site.
Upload and manage product listings on the new platform, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
Liaising with representatives from 3rd parties to resolve issues and checking through third party sites on a fortnightly basis to make sure they are using updated imagery & chasing up queries.
Helping to create related alternatives, ie linking up the same products in different colour ways

Online Merchandising
Helping to categorise new products and merchandise the website and app on a daily basis.
Ensuring best sellers and making sure they are merchandised high in core category.
Understanding product cover and checking item cover on a weekly basis to make sure those with high cover are being looked into to maximise sell through.
Maximising sales on product pages by updating the ‘Wear It With’ and ‘You May Also Like’ areas and making sure they include in stock products.
Understanding the difference between A/W and S/S imagery and making sure images & styling are correct for the season

Marketing Support
Checking monthly returns reports and sending suggestions to buying & design to help reduce the returns rates
Working closely with marketing especially around brochure land dates. Helping to create key brochure categories on site to maximise conversion

We're looking for someone who...
Good Excel/spreadsheet skills and be comfortable working in spreadsheets and performing v-lookups
Have an interest in fashion and understanding of key trends and seasonal changes
Understanding of the product life cycle, from design to product set up, sell through and rebuys
Super positive, energetic and enthusiastic, bursting with ideas and the drive to make things better
We need someone who is analytical and self-motivated, with the resilience to react quickly to a fast-changing environment
Highly organised
