What You'll Be Doing:

• Maximising online sales & conversions - ensuring every customer has a seamless and exciting shopping experience
• Owning the digital trading calendar - planning and executing promotional activities
• Analysing website performance - spotting trends and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborating with digital marketing teams - driving CRM, email marketing, and loyalty programs
• Optimising customer experience - using heatmaps, customer insights, and A/B testing to enhance the journey
• Working with external agencies - including PPC, paid social, and website developers
• Managing stock levels & site updates - making sure the hottest products are always available

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an ecommerce expert with a commercial mindset and creative edge to drive digital success. If you have proven experience in ecommerce trading, digital marketing, or CRM, expertise in Shopify, Magento, or similar CMS platforms, and a passion for beauty, fashion, and digital trends, this could be your perfect fit.
