About the Role

An Outstanding boys school in Islington requires a dedicated Economics Teacher, starting ASAP for a temporary, part-time position. The right Economics Teacher will deliver engaging economics lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Economics Teacher lessons, tailored to the curriculum.


• Prepare students for assessments and examinations.


• Develop students' economic understanding and analytical skills.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.


• Contribute to the development of economics resources.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in Economics.


• Proven experience teaching economics at secondary level.


• Strong economic knowledge and skills.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Ability to engage and motivate students.
