Job Description - eCRM Assistant

Salary -

£23,000- £25,000 + Bonus Scheme
Flexible working –

We are currently trialling a mix of working in the office and working from home.
Time off -

25 days of paid time off per year.

The role

We have an exciting opportunity for an eCRM Assistant to join our eCRM team.
You’ll be reporting to the eCRM Manager and assisting our eCRM executive in day to day tasks such as collating information from various teams, scheduling SMS & Email campaigns and general admin tasks, allowing you to grow experience within eCRM.
eCRM is Electronic Customer Relationship Management. We currently use two main forms of digital communication; SMS and Email, to communicate with our consumer once they have signed up to our database. We keep them up to date with our latest offers, news and promotions.

What you'll be getting up to:

Assisting the eCRM executive in planning monthly send schedules for our SMS and Email campaigns.
Building relationships within our Revenue teams allowing you to collate information from team members to help successfully optimise campaigns.
Understanding and utilising our in-house scheduling and reporting systems.
Building and maintaining a strong understanding of internal processes and compliance requirements.
Analysing basic data to assist the eCRM team in decision making.
Writing campaign briefs and liaising with our Creative teams to ensure brief aims are met.

This role will be a great fit if:

You have some experience with Microsoft Office software.

Hiring Process
1. Initial screening (15mins Call)
2. Initial face-to-face interview with eCRM Manager and Head of Marketing (1 Hour)
3. Second face-to-face interview with Head of Marketing and Managing Director (1 Hour)
