We are seeking a talented ECT Business Teacher to join an independent Sixth Form College in Watford. This full-time, permanent post is ideal for an ECT passionate about Business Studies and post-16 education.

About the Role

Responsibilities include:

• Teaching Business at KS4–KS5

• Planning lessons with support from experienced colleagues

• Supporting A-Level coursework and exam preparation

• Participating in ECT training and development programmes

• Contributing to business clubs or enterprise activities

Experience & Qualifications

• QTS or pending

• Strong knowledge of Business Studies

• Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
