I am working with an ambitious academy located in Swindon providing outstanding education through a challenging curriculum and supportive environment. The school is looking for a positive ECT (Early Careers Teacher) to join the team to teach KS2 pupils. The curriculum is broad and teachers are committed which helps students progress their personal development through extra curricular activities. Cultural, artistic and sporting opportunities are on offer for pupils and teachers to take part in.

As an ECT, you will follow a structured induction period of 2 years within the school which will focus on developing your teaching skills. During this period, you will be provided with a mentor and induction tutor to support you throughout your journey.

This role is permanent with a start date commencing in September 2025, For this role, you will be providing teaching material for KS2 level students creating a positive learning environment and engaging and inspiring lessons.

• Collaborate with other educators to develop your teaching for your students.

• Build parent - teacher relationships to support the child's well being and learning.
