We are excited to offer an amazing opportunity for a dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive, 2-form entry primary school in Croydon starting in September 2025. This is a full-time, permanent role for a KS1/KS2 Teacher.

KS1/KS2 Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the needs of your class.


• Foster a positive, stimulating classroom environment that inspires a love for learning.


• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and setting development goals.


• Encourage students to take responsibility for their learning and develop critical thinking skills.


• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the curriculum.


• Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians, updating them on progress.


• Participate in professional development, school activities, and staff meetings.

KS1/KS2 Teacher Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.


• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.


• Passion for teaching in Key Stage 1 or 2.


• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to adapt teaching to meet diverse learning needs.


• A collaborative, inclusive approach to teaching and learning.


• Commitment to continuous professional development and teaching best practices.
