Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all pupils are engaged and motivated, adapting lessons to meet their individual needs.

• Maintain positive classroom management and create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Build strong relationships with students, staff, and school leaders during your daily placements.

• Embrace the flexibility of daily supply teaching while gaining valuable experience in different school environments.

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified teachers with all levels of experience, including ECTs, looking to gain experience in different schools.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching in various school settings.

• Passion for supporting students' learning and development.

• A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
