About the Role:
We are recruiting an experienced EDM Wire Operator to join our clients dynamic team. You will play a key role in their expanding operations, focusing on precision machining using advanced EDM technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Program, set up, and operate EDM machinery, including Wire, Spark, and EDM Drill types.
- Produce high-tolerance components (e.g., wire rotors, tooling parts) from technical drawings.
- Interpret complex engineering blueprints and ensure adherence to strict tolerances.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflows and meet deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adapt to evolving production needs.

About You:
- Essential: 3+ years hands-on experience operating Agie/Charmilles EDM machinery.
- Proficiency in programming and setting Wire EDM machines for complex geometries.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T knowledge preferred).
- Experience working with high-performance materials (e.g., hardened steels, alloys).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and precision.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
