Education Administrator - DBS required

Do you have a current DBS and are free for 4-6 weeks work asap? A client based in Birmigham are looking for two people to join them helping the student induction process. This could range from Administration to guided campus tours but a valid DBS is essential.

Hours 09.00-13.30 or 10.00-14.00 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities include:

• All admin around induction - documentation and ID
• Monitor student attendance
• Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors
• Order office supplies
• Help with accomodation queries
• Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork
• Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis
