Education Recruitment Consultants – 2 Positions Available

Location: Preston based
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + uncapped earning potential

The Opportunity

Due to exponential growth, we are expanding our team and are looking to appoint two Education Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing business.

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious, driven individuals looking to build a successful career within education recruitment and consultancy.

As an Education Consultant, you will play a key role in developing relationships with schools and education professionals, identifying new business opportunities and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and education providers

* Identify and develop new business opportunities

* Source, attract and qualify high-quality education professionals

* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to successful placement

* Build and maintain a strong candidate network

* Meet and exceed individual and team targets

* Provide an excellent level of service to both clients and candidates

* Stay informed on the education recruitment market and identify new opportunities
