JOB TITLE: Education Disputes Lawyer

THE ROLE:

This leading national practice is looking to appoint a Education Disputes Lawyer to their growing team in East Anglia. The majority of the caseload involves education disputes and as the appointed Solicitor you will be expected to advise on all types of education disputes matters including matters in involving SEN, Disability, SEND tribunal work on behalf of diverse clients of universities, colleges, academies to name a few. You will be working with some of the most knowledgeable lawyers within the sector.

THE CANDIDATE:
Ideally the successful Solicitor will have experience of dealing with SEND tribunal work and SEN work. You will have a genuine passion for education law and be looking for a top national law firm who are committed to ensuring a strong work/life balance and flexibility for employees. Newly Qualified Solicitors will have gained exposure to education disputes and public law disputes to support the thriving team.
