About the Role:

As CFO, you will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, planning, and sustainability of the organisation. You will lead a dedicated finance team, oversee budgeting and reporting, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and funding requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead on financial planning, forecasting, and risk management
• Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team and board
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with education sector regulations
• Manage relationships with auditors, funders, and external stakeholders
• Drive value for money and support long-term organisational growth

About You:

• A qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant senior leadership experience
• Proven track record in financial management, ideally within the education or public sector
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
