Eaton Syalon are recruiting for a truly rewarding role within a well established, values led business based in North Nottingham.

The role is perfectly located for candidates based in Annesley, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Mansfield and the surrounding areas.

This is a key position for someone with a strong understanding of exam coordination, awarding body compliance and quality assurance.

It is essential that you have previous experience within an education environment, ideally working with awarding bodies or in an exams related role.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating all aspects of examinations and assessments across the education provision
• Acting as the main point of contact for awarding bodies and ensuring JCQ and internal compliance
• Supporting quality assurance across the learning and teaching team - including audits, sampling and standardisation
• Training and supporting staff in exam invigilation procedures
• Working closely with internal departments to ensure curriculum, assessment, and documentation meets awarding standards
• Producing reports, documentation, and supporting quality improvement activity across the academic year.

What We’re Looking For:
• A solid understanding of quality assurance, internal verification, and assessment planning
• Previous experience within an education environment, ideally working with awarding bodies or in an exams-related role
• Confident communicator who can lead on exam organisation, compliance and external audits
• Comfortable working with curriculum and teaching staff to coordinate training needs and ensure delivery standards
• Experience within FE, SEN or a compliance-focused educational setting would be a real advantage

Working Hours - Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
