What Youll Be Doing:
· Managing a busy and successful primary education desk
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with schools and candidates
· Handling high-volume recruitment needs with speed and accuracy
· Using Excel to track performance, manage data, and support reporting
· Making confident, persuasive calls to clients and candidates daily

What Were Looking For:
· Proven experience in recruitment or sales (education sector a bonus!)
· Excellent phone manner and communication skills
· Strong Excel skills - youll be comfortable with spreadsheets and formulas
