Education Recruitment Consultant

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage and grow your own desk within the education sector. You’ll build lasting relationships with schools and education professionals, placing high-quality staff into short-term, long-term, and permanent roles. No two days are the same—this is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires excellent people skills and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within schools and education institutions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates
• Match candidates to suitable vacancies and coordinate placements
• Manage bookings and ensure a high level of service delivery
• Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in recruitment (education recruitment preferred)
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
• A genuine interest in education and helping schools find great staff
• A self-starter with a positive, team-focused attitude
