Location: Northampton (2-3 days office-based, 2 days remote/client visits)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:30pm (Reduced hours during school holidays)
Salary: Competitive base + Uncapped Commission
Holiday: 26 days annual leave + Uncapped paid leave after 2 years
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for a driven and passionate individual with a background in education recruitment to join our dynamic team based in stunning offices in Northampton. You'll be working a hybrid model with flexibility between home, the office, and client visits - no two days are the same.

• Proven experience in an education recruitment agency environment
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
