Education Recruitment Resourcer

Bright Star Talent is currently recruiting an Education Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team in Sutton Coldfield. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, with the option for remote working once you’re established in the role.

You’ll play an important part in finding teachers, teaching assistants and support staff for schools across the West Midlands. We’re looking for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and working in a fast paced environment.

As an Education Recruitment Resourcer, you will:

Search for and approach candidates through job boards, social media and our existing database.

Speak with candidates to understand their experience, availability and career goals.

*

Match suitable candidates with vacancies in local schools.

*

Write job adverts and manage applications.

*

Arrange interviews and keep candidates updated throughout the process.

*

Support candidates through registration, referencing and compliance.

*

Keep candidate records accurate and up to date.

*

Work closely with our consultants to help fill planned and last minute bookings.

What we’re looking for:

Confidence speaking with people on the phone and building relationships.

*

Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.

*

A proactive approach to finding candidates and following up leads.

*

Good attention to detail, particularly with candidate records and compliance.

*

Previous recruitment or education experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.

*

A driving licence and the ability to travel for work.
