Job Description - Education Relationship Manager

Job Description

Bruin are proud to be partnering with a well known retail bank in their search for an Education, Skills and Social Impact Manager to join their team. This role would suit a relationship manager with previous experience of working with Northern based education providers.

This role is home based, however, you must be based in the North for consideration due to the nature of the role and you will be expected to be field based at least 3 days per week.

As an Education, Skills, and Social Impact Manager you will primarily be a brand ambassador. You will passionately tell the Education, Skills, and social impact story to both improve brand sentiment and engagement and improve awareness, consideration and conversion of the digital programme offering. My client believes that education is today’s solution to a prosperous tomorrow, and you will act to connect anyone, anywhere with the skills to find jobs that build a brighter future.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for:

Scholarships which help underrepresented students make the most of their talent and turn education into employment. This will include offering scholars ongoing training, development, and opportunities to network and connect, giving them the tools to boost their potential, keeping as many students as possible in education, no matter what life throws at them.
Skills development for all by offering on-the-job experience, connections and learning for the long term to boost people’s potential, connecting anyone, anywhere with free learning pathways, to help grow their skills and boost their potential.
Work within local communities to develop deep and meaningful customer insight on issues that are relevant to the bank. This will include focus groups, quantitative and qualitative data gathering and report production.
Understanding political, environmental, social, and technological trends and operate within current context to build relationships, develop communications channels and influence key stakeholders to collaborate with the bank's Education and Social Impact for the wider societal benefit.

What are we looking for?

Experience of planning and organising best practices to mobilise the resources to get things done
An understanding of political, environmental, social, and technological trends and operates within current context which impacts our clients business.
Marketing and communications knowhow to build local marketing campaigns that are designed to build brand awareness, consideration of our offer(s) and conversion (as financial or non-financial clients). · Experience of working within a project driven environment (preferably PRINCE2 foundation experience)

In return, my client is offering an exceptional starting salary, bonus and benefits.

You must have permanent UK right to work to be considered for this role.
