Education Solutions Executive – Business Development Academy 

Location: Cardiff (Office-based, 5 days a week) 
Salary: £24,500–£28,000 base + uncapped commission | £50,000 OTE 
Start Date: Autumn 2025 intake

What You’ll Do: 

·         Join a 90-day structured training programme 

·         Learn from internal experts and external coaches 

·         Sell leading tech solutions to education institutions in the UK and beyond 

·         Build strong client relationships and uncover new opportunities 

·         Progress into senior roles as the business expands 

What We’re Looking For: 

·         No sales experience or degree required 

·         Strong communication and organisational skills 

·         Positive, proactive attitude and resilience 

·         Self-motivated and target driven 

·         A genuine interest in business development and tech 

·         An interest or knowledge in the education sector would be beneficial, but not essential 

·         2 A Levels (or equivalent) preferred, but don't be put off it you don’t have this 

What We Offer: 

·         £24–28k starting salary based on experience 

·         £50k+ OTE with uncapped commission 

·         Bonus scheme and regular incentives 

·         25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + up to a further 10 paid discretionary days based on input*

*Where employees are continually performing at a high level and putting in additional time, the company will return an element of this through every other Friday afternoon off or one Friday a month.
