3. Tell us about a time when you identified a safeguarding or risk concern. What did you observe, what actions did you take, and how did you ensure the child remained at the centre of decision-making?
4. Tell us about a time when you adapted your approach to meet the needs of an individual or family from a diverse background or with specific needs. What did you learn from the experience?
5.What do you understand by the principles set out in the "Working Together to Improve School Attendance" statutory guidance, and how would you apply these in your day-to-day work as an Education Welfare Officer?
