This Efficiency Finance Analyst role is a highly analytical position that supports strategic decision-making through data driven insights, efficiency reporting and proactive bench-marking. The role will be based at their London HQ.

Description

The Efficiency Finance Analyst will report directly into the Head of Financial Planning and Reporting and will be responsible for:

• Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities across the organisation.
• Leading the design, implementation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track efficiency initiatives.
• Building and maintaining cost bench-marking models identifying best practice.
• Collaborating across regions to gather data and validate findings
• Continuous im[rovement applying lean methodology principles to help identify, support and implement process improvements.

Profile

The successful Efficiency Finance Analyst will be a CCAB Qualified Accountant with strong communication and analytical skills.

You will need to be confident in financial modelling and have a track record in delivering cost efficiency savings.

This role will be based in London but have a national remit, so some travel around England and Wales will be required.

Job Offer

A salary of £58,000 - £66,000 plus an excellent benefits package including the opportunity to join the Civil Service Pension scheme.
