EFL Teachers (Summer)

Temporary positions from June – July – August 

Part time and Full time positions available 

There may be opportunities to extend your contract beyond August 

Salary range is £17.30 – £21.37 per hour subject to qualifications and experience

Teaching (EFL) English as a Foreign Language to visiting adult students provides an exceptional opportunity for the creative educator.  Within the guidelines of the syllabus, you will experience a high level of creative space to design and deliver lessons with the support of our innovative methodology.

Position Summary:

The EFL Teacher is part of the Academic Team and is responsible for delivering a superior student learning experience through the delivery of classroom instruction, tutorials and student assessment as defined in the EC Teacher Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver classes according to the curriculum 


• Establish a positive learning environment for all learners


• Create lessons that are motivating and engaging


• Provide feedback and support


• Check work notices and announcements

Education Required:

• Bachelors Degree
  


• CELTA / Trinity Certificate (or equivalent)

Experience Required:

• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high quality language lessons


• Good IT skills

Experience Desired:

• Experience studying or working abroad
