Support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
Work one-to-one and in small groups to help students achieve their learning goals
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Promote positive behaviour and encourage student participation
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environmentWe are looking for an EHCP Assistant who has:

Experience working with children or young people with SEN
A good understanding of EHCPs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, positive, and reliable approach
Strong behaviour management skills
A passion for supporting students to reach their full potentialJob Details:

Job Title: EHCP Assistant
Location: Newbury
Setting: SEN School
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: £93-£110 per day
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
