Job DescriptionWe are seeking EHS Advisors for leading Civil Engineering Company in the West Midlands working on Large Infrastructure Projects, If you have a passion for promoting workplace safety and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we invite you to apply for this position.Duties: Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Company and HSE policy. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop strategies for prevention. Provide safety training to employees on topics such as hazard recognition, emergency response, and personal protective equipment. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training activities.Maintaining our Fleet and ISO management systems. Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability.Skills: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in conducting root cause analysis to identify underlying causes of accidents or incidents Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to provide basic first aid when necessary Excellent report writing skills to document safety inspections, incident investigations, and training activities Strong communication skills to effectively train employees on safety procedures and policies Attention to detail to identify potential hazards and recommend appropriate control measuresPervious experience in construction is mandatory.Essential requirements NEBOSH general certificate, or equivalent CEnv, or equivalent Minimum 5 years experience within a civil engineering environment Effective communicator with strong presentation and report writing skills Client facing experience Analytical skills to interpret detailed information and regulations High standard of written English Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines Good knowledge on ISO 9001,14001 & 45001 accreditations and maintenance of each Management system. Good communication skills, including professional telephone manner Ability to liaise with staff and operatives at all levels Proficiency in using Microsoft Office package
