EHS Campus Manager – Helsinki, Finland

Salter Grange is recruiting an EHS Manager for a leading European contractor on a large data centre project in Helsinki.

As EHS Manager, you'll lead environmental, health and safety on site and manage a team of EHS advisors.

EHS Manager responsibilities:

* Make sure the site complies with EHS legislation and the project's safety management system

* Coordinate RAMS, permits to work and COSHH assessments

* Carry out site audits, inspections and accident investigations, and follow up corrective actions

* Manage inductions, training, toolbox talks, welfare and waste programmes

* Make sure subcontractors follow EHS policies, and keep the safety file up to date

EHS Manager requirements:

* Relevant EHS qualification

* 7+ years managing EHS on large construction sites

* 5+ years managing a team of EHS advisors

* Thorough knowledge of current EHS legislation

* Data centre experience is an advantage
