Job Opportunity: EL/PL Solicitor

Location: Glasgow

Overview:

Role Requirements:

Experience:

• NQ-3 years' PQE in EL/PL, RTA or personal injury litigation
• Experience handling defender personal injury files or pursuing high-value cases
• Familiarity with litigation processes in Sheriff Court and Court of Session cases

Skills:

• Strong technical understanding of Employers Liability, Public Liability and RTA claims
• Excellent organisational skills – manage deadlines and service level agreements
• Ability to draft pleadings, reports and attend hearings with confidence
• Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and team members
