Based at our Aberdeen Headquarters, you’ll play a key role in formulating top-tier elastomers, seeing projects through from concept to real-world application, and contributing to a company that stays ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise elastomer materials for superior performance


• Select raw materials to enhance quality and efficiency


• Troubleshoot process issues and maintain consistent product quality


• Conduct in-depth testing and data analysis


• Collaborate with R&D, production, and sales teams


• Stay ahead of industry advancements and drive innovation

What We’re Looking For:

We seek an enthusiastic, forward-thinking professional who thrives on innovation and takes pride in their work.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A degree in polymers or hands-on experience in elastomer technology


• Expertise in elastomer materials, processing, and testing


• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills


• Knowledge of industry standards (ASTM, ISO)


• The ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects
