Requirements

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
City & Guilds 2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
Full UK Driving Licence
DBS clearance required
PASMA/IPAF and Legionella knowledge desirable
Basic understanding of mechanical systemsKey Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, including EICRs, PAT testing, emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
Diagnose faults, complete repairs, certification and testing in line with current regulations and standards.
Assist with maintenance of UPS systems, generators and load testing.
Maintain accurate records, ensure high-quality workmanship, and comply with all Health & Safety requirements.
Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota and deliver excellent customer service.Experience

2-5 years' experience within a property maintenance or commercial maintenance environment.
Experience of testing, inspection, fault finding and electrical remedial works.
Ability to support additional maintenance tasks outside core electrical duties.
