What You'll Do: As an Electrical Assembly Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
Hand Assembly: Skilfully assembling products to ensure a high-quality finished result. Hand Soldering: Utilising your expertise to hand solder PCB boards with precision. Finishing Touches: Applying finishing techniques using supplied equipment and materials. Quality Inspection: Inspecting products to guarantee they meet high specifications. Inscribing: Performing hand inscribing where necessary to enhance the final product.What We're Looking For: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following experience, skills, and abilities:
Team Player: Strong ability to work effectively as part of a large production team. Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and external parties effectively. Soldering Experience: Previous experience with hand soldering in electronics is essential. Manual Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle delicate parts competently. Tech Savvy: Comfort with using computers on a daily basis. Positive Attitude: A proactive approach with flexibility, tenacity, and a willingness for continuous improvement and learning.
