Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Electrical Assembly Operators to join a busy and growing production team in Bampton, Tiverton area.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous assembly, manufacturing, electrical or engineering experience, or a practical candidate with the right attitude who is keen to learn.

What We Offer

£13.25 per hour + depending on experience.

40 hours per week.

Monday to Friday working pattern.

7am-3pm or 8am-4pm working hours.

Opportunity to join a busy and growing production team.

Key Duties

Carry out electrical and mechanical assembly.

Complete soldering and basic electrical testing.

Use hand tools and production equipment.

Measure voltage, current and resistance.

Work to drawings, instructions and production targets.

Drill, tap and cut materials.

Clean, finish and pack products.

Work as part of a production team.

Requirements

Practical and confident using hand tools.

Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

Comfortable following written instructions.

Quality-focused with good attention to detail.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Health & Safety conscious.

Flexible and willing to learn.

Previous assembly, electrical, engineering or manufacturing experience is advantageous.

Soldering experience and technical qualifications are desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
