A leading Engineering & Manufacturing company is seeking a technically capable professional to support the ongoing performance, improvement, and delivery of key operational activities.
Working within a collaborative environment, the successful individual will contribute to business performance through technical expertise, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and the delivery of strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Support the effective operation of critical business activities. Provide technical guidance and solutions to operational challenges. Contribute to performance improvement and optimisation initiatives. Participate in the planning and delivery of improvement programmes. Support the implementation of business and technical projects. Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve organisational objectives. Ensure activities are delivered in line with company standards, policies, and procedures. Liaise with external partners and suppliers where appropriate. Identify opportunities to enhance performance, reduce risk, and improve efficiency. Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.Candidate Profile
The successful candidate is likely to have experience in a technical, operational, project, maintenance, support, or improvement-focused role.

A recognised ELECTRICAL, professional, technical, vocational, or industry-relevant qualification is desirable, although equivalent experience will also be considered, experience of (High Tension / Low Tension) within a electrical bias would be advantageous within a heavy engineering bias.
