Position: Electrical Bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Based in a location from Winchester to Basingstoke (not Southampton or Portsmouth)

Duration: Permanent

Salary From £40,000 to £42,000 (plus travel time, overtime, on call allowance, van and bonus)

We are looking for an Electrical bias Building Services Engineer for a mobile position based in a commutable location to Winchester.

This position will be working for an established building services company who deal with planned and reactive maintenance on a national bases. Covering sites that include offices, schools etc

The right person for this role will be from a strong electrical maintenance background with experience in facilities maintenance

They need to be a minimum of a Level 2 in Electrical as well as 18th Edition, however we would prefer this person to be level 3 qualified

This is a mobile position covering sites from Winchester upwards. We can not look at people based on the South Coast.

Requirements

• Strong background in Commercial building services maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• Must have a strong electrical background
• Level 3 qualified is preferred
• 18thEdition
• 2391 would be a major bonus
• Based in an area from Winchester to Basingstoke
