Are you a Design Engineer from a building services background with electrical experience looking to be the go-to technical specialist within a reputable, family-feel company, offering ongoing courses on Solar PV to elevate your skill set?

In this hybrid role you will be delivering projects ranging from £5k to £3.5m in value, by working hands-on with design and overseeing budgets and timescales. This will involve designing HV/LV, network distribution, lighting and fire and security systems for example. You will have plenty of freedom to work autonomously, with flexible working hours and hybrid working available.

This role would an Electrical Engineer from a building services background looking for a project-focused role, working hands-on designing a vast range of new and exciting systems.

The Role:

• Working on electrical designs, specifications, and attending site meetings
• Involved with lighting, alarm systems, HV/LV and network distribution
• 70% design work, whilst overseeing projects including budgets and timescales
• Remote working, in Newcastle office once a month
• Hybrid working available, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week with flexible working
