Electrical / CCTV Site Surveyor

A great opportunity has arisen for an Electrical surveyor / Project Manager to join a leading construction management consultancy.

Job Description:

• UK site visits, to survey them for ANPR camera installation. This involves identifying appropriate power sources, mapping cable routes on plans and looking for optimum camera locations.
• Training is provided. ANPR/CCTV and/or electrical knowledge is beneficial
• This role requires management of the survey process from start to finish, the planning, survey, and writing up of the survey.
• It requires communication across all levels of management, to develop and establish a brief for the project that clearly defines all objectives.
• It is expected of this role to maintain records and work folders - ensuring all work is checked and appropriately approved for distribution.

Beneficial Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role.
• ANPR/CCTV/Electrical experience.
• Educated to degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in relevant subject.
• Full driving license and own car with ability to travel within the UK.
• CSCS card - Black/gold/white.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Health & Safety Knowledge
• CDM regulation knowledge
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Pro-active and self-motivated.
