Location: Commutable from Worcester, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Redditch, South Birmingham, Evesham, Tewkesbury, and surrounding areas

Are you a qualified Electrical Engineer, with an NVQ Level 3, 2391 and experience working to NICEIC standards? Do you want to play a key role in maintaining high electrical standards in a manufacturing environment, working Mon-Fri, with an early finish on Fridays?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global manufacturer where you'll take ownership of electrical compliance, support quality inspection and testing processes, and drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System.

You'll work with engineering, production, and senior management to ensure all electrical systems, installations, and products meet compliance, regulatory, and internal quality standards.

This role suits an Electrical Engineer, with an NVQ Level 3, 2391 and experience working to NICEIC standards.

The Role:

• Electrical inspection, testing, and compliance in line with NICEIC and BS 7671 standards.
• Supporting electrical compliance & quality activities across well-established manufacturing processes.
• Investigate defects, root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the company's internal quality systems.

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation, City & Guilds 2391 (or equivalent) in Inspection & Testing and 18th Edition.
• Background in NICEIC standards, ideally with experience in electrical compliance or testing within manufacturing or engineering.
• Looking to join a global manufacturer where you'll take ownership of electrical compliance and drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System.
