An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Compliance Manager to join one of the UK's fastest-growing renewable energy businesses.
This technology-led organisation is transforming the domestic energy market, delivering thousands of installations every year across Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging and other low-carbon technologies. Backed by significant investment and ambitious growth plans, they're looking for an experienced compliance professional to help maintain the highest technical standards across a rapidly expanding national operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with operational teams, engineers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance without slowing down delivery.
The Role
You'll take ownership of electrical compliance across a national installation network, supporting employed engineers and subcontractors while maintaining industry accreditations and technical standards.
The role combines technical expertise with practical problem solving, helping the business maintain quality while continuing to scale.
Responsibilities
* Lead electrical compliance across domestic installation projects.
* Audit installation quality and technical standards.
* Ensure compliance with BS7671, MCS and industry regulations.
* Support installer onboarding and technical approvals.
* Investigate non-conformances and oversee corrective actions.
* Maintain accreditation standards and support external audits.
* Work with operational teams to improve quality and consistency.
* Provide technical guidance to engineers and managers.
About You
You'll ideally have experience in one or more of the following:
* Electrical Compliance Manager
* NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
* Electrical Contracts Manager
* Electrical Technical Manager
* Renewable Energy Compliance
* Solar PV Technical Management
You'll also have:
* NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* Strong knowledge of BS7671.
* Experience auditing electrical installations.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A practical, solutions-focused approach to compliance.
Knowledge of Solar PV, Battery Storage, EV Charging, MCS, NAPIT or NICEIC would be highly advantageous.

* £55,000-£60,000 basic salary.
